Pay for the leads, not the software

Charged per visitor we identify, and again when we can name them. No platform fee, no minimum, and nothing at all for the traffic we cannot put a name to.

$0.30USD
per identified visitor
+ $0.10 when we can give you their name as well
1,000 identified visitors in a month comes to $300.00, plus $0.10 for each one we could also name. Everyone we cannot identify is free.
14 days free · no credit card to start · your first 50 identified visitors are on us ($15.00 worth).

What the rates include

Every feature, everyone on your team, and delivery into whatever you already run. The only thing that moves your bill is how many people we identify, and how many of them we can name.

  • Delivery into your own systems. Your webhook and your ActiveCampaign cost nothing on top. You are charged for the identification, not for handing it over.
  • Several destinations at once. Send one identified visitor to your webhook and your CRM without being counted twice.
  • Processors, delays and send windows. Hold a lead back four hours, or only ever send on a weekday morning.
  • Sending-domain setup. Authenticating your domain costs nothing, so mail sent for you arrives from you rather than from us.
  • The full lead activity log. Every match, every attempt and the exact payload we sent, kept and searchable.
  • Your whole team. Invite colleagues as admins or as viewers. There is no per-seat charge.

Add-ons

Charged only when you use them. Everything above stays free whether you take these or not.

Email delivery
We put the message in their inbox for you — your template, your authenticated sending domain, our SendGrid. Routing a lead to your own webhook or CRM stays free.

How billing works

What counts as an identified visitor?
Someone browsing a page on your connected website whom we can put an email address to. When that identification reaches us it counts once — one identified visitor, one charge of $0.30.
Why is there a second rate?
Every identified visitor comes with an email address; that is the $0.30. For some of them we can also resolve a first and last name, which is worth more to you than an address on its own, so it is charged separately at $0.10. It is added to the base rate rather than replacing it, and only on the visitors we could actually name — nobody is charged for a name we did not find.
Do I pay for traffic you cannot identify?
No. Most visitors to any website stay anonymous, and none of them cost you anything. You pay only for the ones we can hand you.
Am I charged for a lead I never act on?
Yes — the charge is for the identification itself, which happens before any of your rules run. An identified visitor counts whether you route them to three destinations, to one, or to none, and whether or not they ever open the email. We would rather say so here than in a footnote on an invoice.
What if I want you to send the email?
That is the one thing charged on top. Routing an identified visitor into your own webhook or your own CRM is covered by the base rate; asking us to put a message in their inbox means we are paying to send it, so it is metered separately — see add-ons above. Counted per message we send, not per message opened. Your rules, your templates and your sending-domain setup are free either way.
Is there a minimum, a platform fee, or a contract?
None of the three. A month in which we identify nobody costs nothing.
How many websites can I connect?
1 website on a self-serve account.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial runs for 14 days and covers up to 50 identified visitors per website, and none of it is billed. After that, usage is billed monthly at the rates above. Each website stays at 50 identified visitors a month until your first invoice is paid; after that the limit comes off.
